What is the most challenging obstacle you face while trying to lose weight?

In the beginning, I normally lose weight quickly, but then I hit a plateau every time.

I have intense cravings and/or mood-swings while I am losing weight.

I typically feel exhausted when dieting and often endure headaches and/or poor sleep.

I lose weight very slowly when I diet or start a new exercise program.
